Human Transglutaminase 6 (TGM6) ELISA Kit KB-E0536H

Regulatory Status:RUO

Alternative:TGM3L; TGY; SCA35; Transglutaminase 3-Like; Spinocerebellar Ataxia 35; Transglutaminase Y; Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 6

| TGM6

Transglutaminase 6 is a protein that is encoded by the TGM6 gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the transglutaminase superfamily. It catalyzes the cross-linking of Proteins and the conjugation of polyamines to Proteins. Mutations in this gene are associated with spinocerebellar ataxia type 35 (SCA35). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

| Typical data

As the OD values of the standard curve may vary according to the conditions of the actual assay performance (e.g. operator, pipetting technique, wash technique or temperature effects), the operator should establish a standard curve for each test. Typical standard curve and data are provided below for reference only.

| Repeatability

Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay):CV% < 10%; Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays):CV% < 10%

| Recovery

The recovery of Human TGM6 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
