10×Protease and Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (universal) is a universal protease and phosphatase inhibitor mixture that can effectively inhibit various proteases (such as serine proteases, aminopeptidases, cysteine proteases, threonine and aspartic proteases, metalloproteinases, etc.) and phosphatases (such as serine/threonine, tyrosine, acidic and alkaline phosphatase, etc.) in conventional cell or tissue extracts. Among them, Aprotinin is a competitive reversible inhibitor of serine proteases; Bestatin is a reversible inhibitor of aminopeptidase; E-64 is an irreversible inhibitor of cysteine proteases; Leupeptin is a reversible inhibitor of serine and cysteine proteases; β-Glycerophosphate (β-Glycerophosphate) is a reversible inhibitor of serine/threonine phosphatase; Sodium fluoride (Sodiumfluoride) is a reversible inhibitor of acid phosphatase; Sodium orthovanadate (Sodium orthovanadate) orthovanadate) is a reversible inhibitor of alkaline phosphatase and tyrosine phosphatase; sodium pyrophosphate (Sodium pyrophosphate) is an irreversible inhibitor of serine/threonine phosphatase.
