Product Introduction

100× Protease Inhibitor Cocktail MIX (universal type) is a mixture of 6 ingredients, namely 104 mM AEBSF, 80 μM Aprotinin, 5 mM Bestatin, 1.5 mM E-64, 2 mM Leupeptin and 1.5 mM Pepstatin A. On this basis, an additional bottle of 100mM EDTA is given as a gift, and customers can choose whether to use it according to their own needs.

100× Protease Inhibitor Cocktail MIX (universal type)  can be used in cell or tissue extracts to increase protein stability. It can effectively inhibit a variety of proteases including serine proteases, cysteine proteases and metalloproteases from animals, plants, bacteria, yeast, and fungal samples, and can conveniently and reliably protect target Proteins. It is suitable for extracting Proteins from various tissue cells and can obtain target Proteins more effectively.

How to use (for reference only):

1. Please centrifuge at low speed before opening the cap to better remove the liquid adhering to the tube wall to the bottom of the tube.

2. Add to the solution sample (such as cell lysis solution or tissue extract) at a ratio of 1:100 (v/v) before the experiment, and vortex briefly to accelerate dissolution.

3. Can be widely used in: WB, Co-IP, pull-down, IF, IHC, kinase assay , etc.
