Product Introduction

100× Protease Inhibitor Cocktail MIX (PMSF) is a protease inhibitor cocktail specially used for bacterial protein extraction. This product can effectively inhibit the activity of various proteases in bacterial extracts, such as aminopeptidase, serine protease, cysteine protease, threonine and aspartic protease, etc. Among them, PMSF is a water-soluble irreversible inhibitor of serine protease. Bestatin is a reversible inhibitor of aminopeptidase. E-64 is an irreversible inhibitor of cysteine proteases. Pepstatin A is a reversible inhibitor of aspartic proteases.

Note: This product comes with an extra bottle of 100mM EDTA. Customers can choose whether to use it according to their own needs.

How to use (for reference only)

1. Before use, this product needs to be thawed at room temperature, added to the lysis solution at a ratio of 1:100, and mixed evenly before use.
